EVI Vernici is considered one of the most modern high-tech companies in the Middle East. It is a fully owned subsidiary company of the well-established RAR Holding and having a worldwide operation in the GCC area, Europe, Asia, Africa and America. EVI Vernici was founded in the 60’s of the 20th century under a joint venture between RAR Holding and Italian manufacturers in Bologna – Italy, providing the world market with a complete range of high quality paints & coatings such as Wood finishes, Decorative, Industrial, Powder coating, Construction chemicals, Can & Coil coatings, Adhesives. This type of joint venture has led to significant experience in research and development, intense skills and expertise.
With more focusing vision that served the paints and coatings industries in the year 2000, RAR Holding decided to expand its business in the Gulf area specifically in the United Arab Emirates and build a very modern and sophisticated production plant under the registered name, EMVER Paints Industry, located in Jebel Ali Industrial Area, under a signed Trademark License Agreement with “BAYER Wood Cover” to work on serving Ritver brand name in the area with an annual production capacity exceeding 30,000 tons.
Development will never end, and with more engagement in the manufacturing field, RAR holding has grown and an Ultra-modern Powder coatings plant was founded in the Middle East area, namely in Lebanon when production under EVI Vernici Brand name started in Mid 2011. Our strength developed over the past decades have given us excellent motives to be confident in achieving our objectives which were set through working in implementing a business plan to translate the power of innovation into tangible results, thus leading our research and development for safer friendly environment and cost effective products.
EVI Vernici now has in place a very experienced team of managers, technicians and chemists who have greatly enlarged the operation production plants and warehousing facility supported by high technology, quality control, research and development laboratories under direct supervision by Italian Chemist expertise.
